We are Charlotte's first brick-and-mortar cut-to-order cheese shop!  We focus on local and regional cheesemakers from the South, while also highlighting our country's and the world's best producers.  Nerding out over cheese is what we do and we'll do everything we can to custom build a cheese program for you, educate your staff, and bring awareness to your clientele with focused branding opportunities.
