Piave Vecchio DOP
Aged at least 8 months, Piace Vecchio is aged in the Dolomites area of Veneto, Italy. It is a flaky, hard, grainy cheese with a dense texture & no holes. The flavor is intensely sweet with tropical fruity notes underlined by an almondy bitterness. Grate on salads, over pasta, or eat it right off the wheel.
