We have carefully curated our cheese case to reflect our mission - to support local artisan cheesemakers. Close to half of our selections are made in the South. In addition, our domestic and international selections are made by producers that care deeply about their animals, use rotational grazing practices to invigorate their land, and make cheese in a slow, traditional manner. Cheese is very much seasonal, so expect our rotating selection of 40+ cheeses to change often as new cheeses are released.
Our domestic charcuterie selection is sure to make heads turn. Expect to see an impressive selection of American country hams and prosciutto, Italian-style salumi, and French-style pate. We don't carry commodity meat. Our products are from animals that are antibiotic free, live in open living conditions, and humanely raised. Put an artisanal product next to the commodity stuff and try them side-by-side. The difference in quality is noticed by even the most untrained palate. We can't wait to see your expression when you try it!
